I just want to know how to take proactol. Is it 3x a day before every meal or what? someone gave me some but i dont know how to use them. someone HELP!!! starring at the boxes and not being able to use them is driving me crazy. thank u

Hey, you should take 2-3 pills after each meal with a glass of water. I think there are instructions on the back of the box. I am not at home, so can’t take a look at the moment. I will update you later.

hi I have been trying find a weight loss pill that works for months. I have never tried any yet because I am so afraid of any imposed health risk. I really want to lose weight but I want to live to se the results. I hear about so many of them causing heart attacks or stroke and because i dont know anyone personally who has taken any type of weight loss pill im so skeptical. Do you know where these pills were made?

It’s okay to be skeptical, I have not experienced any side effects and I believe this product is made in United Kingdom and believe me, they have very strict rules when it comes to producing supplements, unlike in the US.

Hey, I am not sure, if you’re talking about buying Proactol in a store in Spain, then I can’t really help you with that, but if you want to buy from their web site, then they ship to Spain without any problems…
