Proactol Plus - My Review
Before I continue with my review, I’d like to talk about myself a little bit, so you know who are you dealing with, my name is Beth, I am in my late 30’s have 2 children and a husband, and guess what, while having family is incredible and a true gift, during pregnancy with my 2nd child, I gained a ridiculous amount of weight, over 40lbs!!!
Anyways, once I found about Proactol Plus, I decided to take my chances and ordered a 16 week supply, figured that should be enough. I was extremely skeptical as I’ve tried like a dozen of weight loss pills which didn’t do anything but take my money.
My 4 month package arrived pretty quickly and I was already excited, since some of the pills I tried didn’t even get to my door. I started my first week and decided to document everything in a journal, so I can see results as quickly as possible.
Fast forward my first month and here are my results:
Week 1
Boom, lost 2.1 lbs - that got me really excited, because I didn’t think it would actually work. Also, I’d like to point out that I stopped eating junk food and I noticed I ate much less because of Proactol’s appetite suppression.
Week 2
Another 2.3 lbs lost, I thought I was on fire!!
Week 3
3.7 lbs - such a high jump, because after not much thinking I decided that I should incorporate some exercise, all I did was brisk walk for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week and it had such a positive effect!
Week 4
3.2 lbs, 4 weeks and I lost 11 lbs and hopefully weight will continue to come off as I work towards reaching my goal.
All in all, I’d like to say that Proactol does work, it’s not some kind of a scam, I highly recommend you try Proactol, come up with a healthy diet plan and do some exercise at least twice a week!

Proactol Plus Instructions
Since some of my readers ask this a lot, these are the instructions on how to take Proactol Plus, they are pretty simple and straightforward. Just take 1-3 pills with liquid after each male.
Also sorry for crappy pictures, these were taken with my phone, however, they still do the job. The text is pretty readable at least to me. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me in the comments below.

so this review iis absolutley fake i have researched many different pills only to find that just about everyone of them has this very same review. Look for yourself. LIARS!!!! They all want money that’s it. Not saying that these pills don’t work cause i’m really thinking about trying them but this review is just another way to have you try them.

Im 17 years old and I have been interested in these pills for a while. I play lots of sports and was wondering if taking these pills would affect me when I am playing at all? I was on a birh control for a while and gained 40 pounds and I can’t seem to lose the weight. What do you think? Should I get them?

Hey, yes I think you should be fine, however, I am not sure what do you mean by it affecting you when you’re playing. These are 100% natural and organic so I am pretty certain you will be fine. You can also consult a doctor if you’re not sure, I know I am not sure, but I am not a doctor. So be safe hun.

I take blood pressure, cholesterol, and a diuretic – all prescribed by my doctor. I was told in order for me not to become diabetic, and to better my overall health, that i need to lose weight: my question is, will Proactol interfere with my medicines.
My biggest problem is my horrible eating habits, I need something strong to suppress my appetite – is Proactol’s main focus fat burning, appetite suppressant or both?
Also, is Proactol shipped from out of the US? I had ordered another product called Unique Hoodia, and US Customs would not let it come through

Hey Tara,
It’s best you consult your doctor before you start taking Proactol, it is 100% natural but still I think it’s better to be safe than sorry.
Proactol does an incredible job of suppressing appetite and it also boost metabolism, so if you have horrible eating habits this is the way to go.
As far as I am concerned they ship wordlwide, not sure what the problem is with Unique Hoodia, haven’t heard about it, but also haven’t heard about the US customs not letting something come through.
